English Summer School

Skouras sports camp gives you the chance to participate in the English summer school. The English summer school is a specialized programme that combines English lessons with summer vacations, sports activities and fun. We aim to develop children’s English skills, especially the speaking skills but also to provide an unforgettable summer experience where children create friendships with peers not only from Greece but from all over the world.

Skouras Language School was established in 1976, with the aim of providing high quality educational programmes for students of all ages. Since then we have been operating 6 Foreign language centres in Northern Greece all ensuring high quality learning experience for our students. The excellence of our educational services has propelled our company to the forefront of the sector, with courses combining cutting edge teaching methods, innovative technologies, and the best foreign language books, for students aged 6 through to adulthood.

Director of studies

Christos Skouras is our Director of studies. He has a 35 year experience in teaching and managing Foreign Language Schools. Mr. Skouras is the overall responsible for the implementation and administration of all aspects of the academic programme, including the management of the teaching team and their performance.

Teachers
Our English summer school follows a modern communicative approach of teaching English, which emphasizes learning through the situational method (activities, games, theatre etc.). This ensures that lessons are student-centred and highly interactive. Students have  the  opportunity to practice speaking when learning grammar points, or having written tasks. All our teachers are highly qualified and most of them are native English speakers.
